Dennis Da Silva is the founder of Da Silva Parks and the driving force behind the development of its commercial and residential properties. A qualified Inspector of Works, Dennis began his career with the Johannesburg Municipality as a Building Inspector before progressing into project management within community housing.
After gaining valuable experience in the public sector, he left the municipality to establish his own residential and commercial construction business. In 1996, Dennis completed his first multi-unit residential development in Randpark Ridge, known as Benguela Place.
Since then, he has successfully developed over 630 residential clusters and townhouses, establishing a strong reputation in property development.
